The portable product photography studio normally only takes around 20-30 minutes to setup; however the required time depends on the location, access to power, the space available, and many other factors.
All of our final retouched image files and the original camera RAW files get backed up in at least 2 local file locations on-site and they get archived online for permanent storage using 2 additional commercial backup services.
Faster turnaround can usually be accomodated but there may be additional charges to do so. These fees can often be avoided by discussing your deadlines with us in advance of the session.
The normal schedule for delivery of an online proofing gallery of image files for client review is 1-2 business days following product photography sessions. Final retouched images are typically delivered via digital download 1-2 business days following client selection.
